Student Visa Refusal; บักจ่อย #2

บักจ่อย has declared he has been studying in Australia since xyz. The fact that he now wishes to undertake further studies that will extend his length of stay in Australia until xyz123 raises concerns that he may be using the student visa program to prolong his stay in the country. 

The length of time spent in Australia brings into question his intention to return to his home country to apply his knowledge and skills there.

When considering this in conjunction with other aspects set out in this decision record, the case officer is not satisfied that บักจ่อย will return to his home country at the end of his proposed stay in Australia. 

The case officer acknowledges the GTE statement บักจ่อย has provided in support of his application. While the case officer accepts individuals can choose to re-educate themselves, บักจ่อย has not sufficiently demonstrated this is their motivation for seeking to undertake the proposed course. 

The case officer is not satisfied บักจ่อย has demonstrated that the proposed qualificationห would be of more significant benefit to him than the qualifications he already holds.
