of occasions. The proposed studies will extend the applicant’s proposed stay in Australia to approximately 13 years. The case officer is unable to comprehend how an individual proposing to reside in
a country for approximately 13 years can claim to be a genuine temporary entrant. The case officer finds that the applicant has used temporary visas to secure ongoing residence in Australia and has no
intention to return to เมืองลับแล; his home country.
