Please add all the business associates related to the company and include:
at least 1 director (with at least 1 who lives in Australia)
Directors must be at least 18 years of age. Penalties apply for false information provided in the application form.at least 1 shareholder (can be individuals or companies)
1 public officer - this person will be contacted by the Australian Taxation Office if they have any queries about the company's tax affairs
If you're also applying for an Australian Business Number, you'll also need:
one or more secretaries (with at least 1 who lives in Australia).
